Red, high visibility, polyurethane tire is molded onto a hard rubber hub. Roller bearings keep things moving smoothly. In fixed, swivel and swivel with brake models. Brake models stop both the wheel rotation and the swivel movement.

wheels are good for the price paid. They seem to do the job expected. one problems I found was unlocking the lock can be difficult depending on the position of the wheel in relation to the frame it is connected to. The second issue is the locking mechanism does not look very durable--time will tell. -- Good for the price
This casters perform as they should.....no sand in the bearings like a reviewer mentioned.
I used them on a tool cabinet that weights about 250 lbs. with the tools in and it moves with great ease.
